When I finally decided to splurge and get a whole house generator I decided to go with Bo's Generators. I liked that I could get a lifetime warranty and it's supposed to be transferable so should be a good investment. Matt was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Sydney helped coordinate the project and got the project scheduled as soon as I was ready. The electrician's Roger and Coco showed up very early in the dark to set up the generator. Roger kept me informed during the process and even reached out later that day. They finished the job quickly, even with my interruptions! They didn't leave a mess and kept the noise to a minimum. When I had a new breaker box installed a few years ago they were able to make that space look better and more balanced. Neptali the gas technician arrived shortly after and got the propane tanks hooked up explaining the functions and doing a test. Everything worked fine! I'm very happy with this company and the people so would highly recommend them. The propane tanks were bigger then I thought they would be but the generator was smaller then I thought it would be. I'm kind of looking forward to hurricane season.
I would like to take a moment to say what a great experience I had with Bo's Electric. I hired them to install a whole home generator and everything was great from sales through install! This company knows what they are doing and performed at expert level! I would like to especially call out the folks I dealt with. Frank (sales), Syndney (Project Coordinator), Roger (Electrician), Coco (Electrician), and Neptali (Gas Technician)! These guys are ROCKSTAR's and did a HIGH QUALITY job! I would highly recommend them for your generator project!
Roger and Coco (electrician) notified us a day before and announced their arrival time. They were here exactly as promised and were polite and professional. Quietly completed the stand installation and my neighbors never knew they were here. Neptali (gas technician) showed up as promised two hours later to do the gas hook up. He was as polite and professional as well. Both teams left the site, neat and clean with no apparent damage to my property. My generator was started and tested after final hook up. my suggestion to anyone wanting a house generator is to call Bo’s electric you won’t go wrong.
Roger & Coco & Neptali (the gas guy) came in today to install our generator. What a great team! They were prompt, fast & efficient and know what they’re doing! Highly recommend this company, services and techs. Our neighbors walking by are already asking for recommendations. We are a very happy and satisfied customers.
Rodger and Coco electricians at Bos did a great job installing the generator this morning. Started at 630 but no noise and no complaints by neighbors! Steve Sean and Naptali installed the tank. We highly recommend! Thanks so much.
