Blu USED TO BE good, an staple to Greenville Downtown, but is kinda sad see how the staff couldn’t care less about the people that come spend money there, from understaffed rude bartenders to disgusting bathrooms this place now is just ‘meh’
First off they didn’t tell us that after we paid an entrance fee we wouldn’t be able to get back in, and we had to wait in line. Even thought they said as long as we’re marked will be able to get back in! Secondly used the restroom and was navigating through the crowd of the dance floor the bouncer inside told me I needed to be patient while moving….. I’m sorry how am I suppose to move when no one on the dance floor is moving! I just wanted to get back to my table with my friends! Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!
The place is either packed full or basically dead. They don't have enough staff on the floor when it is packed. It's hard to get drinks, and it's not clean. One girl threw up, and no one cleaned it or attempted to block off the area or out up a warning sign. I get that it's a club, but yikes! No one was pleased to have throw up on their shoes. The music was okay at first, but later in the night, it dropped off into something no one was vibing to. Also, there isn't much security. No one checked our bags and no metal detectors to get in. Cheap cover charge of $5. Close a little early, but I guess that's all of greenville. Overall, it's a cute little club underground but not the best club in greenville.
I went here for a La Loca event and had a blast! The house music was awesome, and the place was packed. We danced all night and I met a lot of really nice people. I can't wait for the next La Loca event! Cheers!
sticky floors, always smells. their dress code is crazy/strict. you can wear hats certain ways. everytime I go I get dress coded for something different as a guy
