I would definitely come for the atmosphere again and definitely the music, the drinks were pretty good as well. The only problem I have is with the service, my friends and I came and had our own tabs and two of them didn't really leave tips because they don't make a whole lot and the bartender stopped serving them because they received no tips and said they don't work for free, as if they aren't getting paid in general. Other then that I generally like the whole setting itself, the design; the decorations; the lighting it's just a real nice place in total and I won't let one bad experience get to me.

Hands down my favorite bar in Los Angeles! Great vibes that remind me of where I’m from (New England) and I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and the drinks are strong and cheap. Bluegrass night is on Tuesdays and Trivia is on Wednesdays. I will always hold a special place in my heart for this bar and will keep coming back for good times. Thanks, Bigfoot Lodge!

As far as themed bars go, it’s a fun chill divey like hang without the dive aesthetics and more of genuinely good time. It’s very spacious with fun decor to always find each time you come through. They have an awesome happy hour though I wish some of these drinks had been mixed better. But at $5-6 at the time, why complain? Generally your most likely drinking something carbonated, on the rocks or simply with a mixer. The rest of the fun is up to you.

Absolutely love this place! Great happy hour drink specials…they do live music on Tuesdays from eight to ten, usually bluegrass bands. There isn’t food but it’s a great spot to just grab a casual drink and enjoy the true lodgey vibe. The bartenders are awesome too! Especially love Erin!

Pickle Beer, its what you should be getting when you come here. Maybe what added to this experience was when I had parked in the neighborhood behind the bars alley, in walking up the front entrance off of Los Feliz, the Pickle Beer van pulled up at the same time. That just peeked my intrigue right there and then. Plus, how can you not stop by a place named like this. This is the East LA location as they have one located in Venice, CA as well.
