We just had our first service with Nick and the experience was excellent. Big A/C kept us updated on the technician’s arrival time. Nick did a great job servicing our Trane system and gave it a thorough cleaning for our routine maintenance. He showed us photos of the issues he found and explained everything clearly—without any of the pushy sales tactics we’ve experienced with other companies. They also offered us a discounted rate for our next service, which we were happy to accept. Highly recommend them.

I've been seeing impressive videos on social media of the extensive cleaning and maintenance Big Air offers, so I gave them a call. They set me an appointment and texted me the night before for a reminder and Damian texted me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very friendly and upbeat. He seemed like he enjoyed what he does and proud to work for Big Air. He did a thorough cleaning as advertised and checked all the levels. They give an email at the end of before and after pictures/videos of the work done. I was impressed through and through with Damian and the Big Air team. Good people that genuinely care about doing a proper job.

I couldn't be happier with the service! Damian performed AC maintenance on my homes and was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took his time to carefully inspect and thoroughly clean each system, never making me feel like he was rushing through the job. He also provided detailed written reports with photos for my records. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that my systems were serviced properly. Great pricing for the exceptional quality of work. I wanted to share our experience with Big Air Heat and AC, as this was our first time using their service. As first-time homeowners in Florida, we were looking for a clear baseline assessment of our AC unit, which is about three years old. I have to say, I am genuinely impressed with the level of service we received. The report provided was incredibly detailed, far beyond any I've seen before, and included both pictures and video, which made everything easy to understand. After completing the service assessment, Nick took the time to call me and walk me through his summary of the service items, explaining everything thoroughly. Overall, I am very happy with our decision to choose Big Air Heat and AC as our planned AC service provider. William Cotton did an exceptional job servicing my air conditioning system. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident from start to finish, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. Beyond his technical expertise, William has a great personality that instantly puts you at ease. I also really enjoyed connecting with him over our shared appreciation for Tesla, he even went above and beyond by sending me a link for a front spoiler for my car, which was an awesome bonus and totally unexpected. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, carries strong values, and isn’t afraid to share their faith, his love for Jesus truly shows in his character. And as a fellow animal lover, I loved hearing about his Husky, Princess Leia. Highly recommend William if you’re looking for top-tier service from someone who’s knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and just an all-around great human being.
