Items arrived too early and delivery person just walked into the unlocked garage of the rental home to leave them there. They did not pick up on the correct day either. Many items were in poor condition and mostly unusable. They gave us baby toys and 7 duplo blocks when we requested toys meant for a 4 year old. The cornhole wouldn't stay upright, bag of balls was only footballs and they were falling apart. I ordered a DVD player which they did not deliver and when I asked about it, they said they don't have those (at least they didn't charge me for it, but communication would have been nice). I emailed politely requesting money back for the items that were not as expected, and Jade Jackson responded with hostility. She told me I needed to cancel before I had received the items to get a refund. Not sure how I was supposed to know the items would be unusable before I had even received them. Definitely don't use this company. Go with Twinkle Twinkle Little Store instead.

I’ve used Beach-n-Babies several times in the past. Never an issue. Tonight, after a long travel day with 2 young kids and a 4-hour delay at airport, we arrived at hotel and crib wasn’t there. I reached out to the owner and left her a message. She got back to me and said the crib may have been delivered to wrong Marriott. She mentioned she was out at dinner, but would leave and get the crib for me. 30 minutes later, she delivered the crib, in a dress. Things happen. But an owner like this needs to be commended. She went above and beyond of correcting a mistake, even at 9:30pm. Thank you B-n-B.

Hugely disappointing experience. I had emailed 2 times to verify my order with no response. Items dropped off items a day early (a day before we arrived) with no communication. Items were old, dingy, dirty and stained. We requested a “double running stroller” but the stroller was so old, rusty and arrived with two flat tires. It was so old that it took more effort to push that it would have been to carry both children in my arms. Pick up was scheduled for Sunday— but it was Easter. So ok- they asked to pick up Monday. They did not arrive to pick up items on Monday— when the homeowner threatened to discard items- Beach and Babies threatened to home ME liable for them not picking up their items within 48 hours (after we already flew back home). AVOID this company at all costs.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They sent the toys for a baby when we paid for 4-5 year old toys. Most of the items were broken - bags boards couldn't stay up and were unusable, Nerf footballs were crumbling and could barely be thrown. When we spoke to the owner, she said we should have contacted her before receiving the toys (somehow). It doesn't matter what toys you select for rent, they will just send whatever garbage they want. Also, they asked if they could deliver one day early and we specifically said no because it's an Airbnb and we wouldn't be there. They said "ok" but went into the closed property anyways while other residents were there to deliver toys early because "traffic was bad". Do yourself a favor and save some trash for your kids to play with instead of renting from this place. At least you won't have to interact with the horrible owner and employees. I highly recommend Tinkle Twinkle Little Store instead - we rented from them at the same time and it was flawless in comparison.

rented cornhole boards for our recent trip to Marco and unfortunately did not have the best experience. Communication was not the greatest, our boards did not arrive until 4-5pm on the first day and pick was not permitted per COVID policy as I was told. The cornhole bags were not a matching set and the one bag had a hole in it which we sewed twice in order to get the use out of our rental. I advised of the same prior to pick up but received no response from the company and no adjustment to our rental for the late delivery or inconvenience of the bag. Please note the delivery fee for ALL items, as I was told, is a set $20 on top of your rental. Next time I will buy a set and leave behind for the community use.
