We were in a group of five boats and everyone enjoyed this trip. It is so exciting being on the water and driving around the islands. Andrew was super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitly be doing this again next year. Its worth every penny I highly recommend it. Get there early, fill waiver out prior via email and bring a towel, sunglasses, wear a bathing suit and sandels, hold on to your hats, they provide waters and a cooler and there is a dry area for keys, etc. Clean bathrooms and places to eat near.

We really enjoyed everything about this experience. First, their customer service is top notch. The gear was well maintained and kudos to our “mama duck” guide (Devin) who made the excursion fun. This is a great way to experience Marco and the cost is reasonable! Highly recommended.

My husband and I had an amazing time on the CraigCat tour with Backwater Adventure — easily one of the highlights of our Marco Island trip! The CraigCats were surprisingly easy to drive and so much fun. It honestly felt like riding a go-kart on the water. Being able to drive our own boat made the experience so much more exciting than a typical sightseeing tour. The scenery through the mangroves and the 10,000 Islands was absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins up close, which was such a memorable experience. The guide was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable while still keeping the tour fun and relaxed. We also loved that the tour felt adventurous without being intimidating. Whether you’re experienced on the water or a complete beginner, they do a great job explaining everything. I would highly recommend this to couples, families, or anyone looking for something unique to do around Marco Island. If you’re debating whether it’s worth it — book it. You won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic time in our Craigcat boat. We did the 2.5-hour tour and were very happy. We saw some dolphins during the tour. It was a lovely time. Our guide was amazing (I think his name is Andrew). They provide water. Don't forget your sunscreen. We highly recommend.

Phenomenal adventure! This was the best thing we did while staying on Marco Island. Our tour guide was Devon, and you could not ask for a better one. He gave us plenty of time to hang with the dolphins, see the newly hatched baby turtles, and most of all…hours of fun on the cat boats. I highly recommend and will definitely be back the next time I am in Florida. Thanks so much, Devon! You rock!
