I’m giving one start because I have impact windows and door and kitchen with the company and the door and windows that were installed are actually poor Quality even I paid a lot of money for impact door and windows and rebuild my kitchen they asked me $6000 deposit for windows and doors and I gave $9000 and I gave the another $ 8000 deposit for my kitchen and was supposed to pay the balance after the project completed but because I thought Sean and Terreza the owner of the company were honest person However, I signed the contract on March and he ordered the door and told me the installation is for April 2025 , but after a lot complaints he finally installed them on July and failed the inspection but I still paid the balance . When it’s come for my kitchen it was a disaster because top granites was too small and not well measured so it was re-ordered and not installed until the end of August 2025 As of January 2026 , my door still not installed properly. The door still closes properly and kitchen cabinets door did not install properly and did not glue, installation was horrible and still not have a final inspection for the windows and door they sent technician to fix the windows but the technician broke two of these windows . The owner is not a professional to have business with I have $2000 dollars balance because the job is not completed yet but every time I called this guy to come and finish my work then he wants me to give $2000 first and he said , he will send technician to fix the issue . Now my next step is to call another technician and pay to fix my doors and cabinets and sue him at small court for damage and not fulfilling his obligations. They are terrible and never experienced businessman like that in my life .

I’m giving this two stars because the door that was installed is actually a decent quality door. However, I ordered the door and February and when it arrived in May, it was too small so it was re-ordered and not installed until the end of September 2023. As of April 2024, my door still not installed properly. There are gaps around the door, the installation was horrible. There’s caulking all over the wall, there are no caps to fill in the screw holes so that it can actually be painted and because of the gaps, bugs come in the house. Most important, there was never a permit done for this door installation but I was charged for one. The owner had a woman come to my home and pretend to be an inspector. I wasn’t aware that the permit wasn’t full initially and when I contacted him about the gap in the doorway, he came by and put some guide stickers up and said that would fix the problem. It did not. The company listed on his website as installers does not actually work with him. I’m left with a $5000 hurricane rated front door that because of poor installation is no better than the builder grade door that had to be replaced after Ian.

Extremely satisfied with the end result. My new windows are more than I could have imagined. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me on a design that wouldn't break the bank. The 2 guys that installed the windows were very professional and courteous. They even rehung the blind on the livingroom window for me.

Initial Sales person, Tim, was polite. Knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The price was in the ball park and we felt comfortable in doing business. We had all of our 1984 windows replaced with the highest hurricane glass. About 6 weeks from order to installation. The crew, Rey and Ulices took two days to remove old and install new. Nicely done work. Very neat. Left the house in great shape. Would have those two back anytime to do work for me. I highly recommend this company.

This crew is amazing. Showed up on time. Incredibly detail oriented. Everything was perfectly done. I'm so thankful to Ray and Adrian who did such a great job. See you soon for the next windows!
