Zurab came highly recommended so we had him carry out some work on our BTL property and renew the EICR. He’s very knowledgable and did a fantastic job, very thorough. Zurab was recommended by a neighbour, so I was happy to call him when I had an issue with my extractor. He was very easy to communicate with. He told me upfront what he would charge as a minimum, and that he is not an expert with extractors, so he might not be able to help if the unit itself is faulty. He squeezed me in the day after I made contact. Very friendly person, solved my issue, gave me some extra advice and we had a great chat while he was working. It took less than an hour. Great job, absolutely recommended.
